About the Mask
The Mask with a Secure Fit and Great Comfort
The Mask for Kids
The kids masks are made in soft cotton, and provided with elastic and adjustable head straps. This ensures that it sits secure with no risk of falling off, even during physical activity.
Moreover, the straps crosses in front of the ear, thereby eliminating pain and discomfort behind the ear. As a result, the mask is comfortable to wear, even for long term use such as in school.
The kids mask fit kids roughly between the age of 6-12 years. However, it also depends on the head size. Therefore, before purchasing, please consult our size chart. The adult masks in size S will, in most cases, also fit kids from middle school and up.
The Mask for Adults
The adults masks are made in soft cotton with elastic and adjustable ear loops. This ensures a great fit regardless of the head’s shape, and prevents nagging behind the ears that can arise as a result of too small ear loops with no adjustability.
They come in four different sizes. The right sized mask should sit tight to the face, over the nose and cheeks, and underneath the chin. Thereby not blocking visibility and not letting particles in or out through larger gaps.
Sizes range from S to XL, thereby covers all head sizes. Please consult our size chart for finding the size that is right for you.

Production and Materials
We keep our production local. Also, all materials come from within Europe. This way, we have more control over the manufacturing process as well as the quality. As a result, we can ensure that our products maintain a high quality and that the production takes place under reasonable conditions and fair wages.
Design, production, and distribution
The masks are designed and produced by a local tailor shop situated in Elsinore, north of Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital. They are hand made by two professional tailors, Olena and Yulia, under the name YYforYou. Also, all masks and accessories distribute from within the same city.
Keeping design, production, and distribution close to each other gives excellent flexibility in design optimization, special requests, quality improvements, and the like.
Materials
Adult masks have an outer layer of jersey cotton and an inner layer of 100% cotton, wheras the kids masks have an outer and inner layer of 100% cotton. The mask is assembled with a soft elastic band creating a changeable filter pocket. All materials are OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified. This means that every component goes through tests for harmful substances. The article, therefore, is harmless for human health.
The included filter is a three-layered 100% polypropylene material, called spunbond, and is also OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified. Moreover, spunbond is being used for many medical equipment types, such as gowns, covers, and masks. Place the filter inside the pocket of the mask to obtain a good filtration.

Wash and Reuse
Both masks and filters are washable and reusable. To remove germs and bacteria, wash the mask, and filter in a washing machine with hot water (above 130 F or 60 C). Moreover, the detergent helps dissolve and remove unwanted particles, such as viruses. Hang dry and iron to retain size and softness, if needed. If short on time, an alternative to a wash is to steam press it with an iron at high temperature. Please do not iron the filter as it will melt.
When not in use, keep the mask in the included plastic bag and wash it at the end of the day. Let dry throughout the night and use it again the next day. Save laundry by having 2-3 masks per person. In that case, wash every two to three days and wash the masks with other textiles requiring a hot water wash. Also, wash with similar colors.
We Think of the Environment
We keep the production small and local, thereby avoiding big industries with lots of waste. Most of our masks are produced from cotton pieces that are too small for anything else. As a result, we have less waste, and many of the masks are unique, as we only produce a few pieces of each.
We have chosen 100% recycled materials for our badges on the plastic bags and the user manual. Thereby we are trying our best to save the environment from the unnecessary use of natural resources. Likewise, the plastic bag itself and the packaging will soon follow.
With a washable and reusable face mask, you save the environment for a lot of waste. Disposable face masks are made from single-use plastic, which adds to a wider environmental issue. Moreover, the public does not have the capability to dispose of surgical masks properly, which risks both unnecessary contamination and the chance for masks to cause an adverse effect on the environment.
In addition, with a reusable face mask, you save money, choose a more comfortable and sustainable product for you and your family, and you do not have to worry about disposing of them or unnecessary contamination.
